Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and are committed to getting your order to you safely and quickly.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order ships.

We offer flat rate international shipping:
$14 USD per order, regardless of destination or quantity.

All shipments come with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched.

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, we’ll resend your order at no extra charge.
Please allow up to 30 business days before reporting a package as lost.

For customers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, duties, VAT, and import taxes are typically covered by us.
For customers in the EU and other countries, VAT, customs, and duty fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs inspections are rare and usually resolved quickly, but they may occasionally cause minor delays. If this happens, we’ll work closely with you and the courier to track your parcel and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
